The attacker had to come off in the 87th minute of the Saturday 2-2 stalemate against Tottenham having been brought on on 58 minutes for teammate Mazraoui. Manager Ruben Amorim expressed concern after the game, leading to the player's pull-out from the Slovenian squad.
